One Month Left Until Our RTW Trip!

Can you believe it?
One month from today, we’ll be on a flight to Cairo, Egypt; the first of many destinations that lie ahead of us. We’re extremely excited and admittedly the nerves are starting to build as well. I can remember back to when we had NINE months left. “Time Flies”. There are no truer words in life.

Relieved! That is how I feel one month before I go off on my adventures. I start to relax and my days are pretty fully booked seeing people and getting the last little things ready.

Yeah, we're trying to find that feeling! It's a mixture of pure excitement and nerves all in one. We'll be fine once we step off of our first flight. I'm sure of it. Thanks for the comment! Be sure to check in often…
It's great when get this close to a big trip. The nerves do start to set in and you end up wondering if you have done everything you need to before you go. It's cool that it starts to feel real though! Have a great time, I look forward to hearing about it as you go.
I know, right!? This trip is a long time coming for us! My last day of work is tomorrow so I'll have plenty of time to pack and make sure that I have everything that I need. Liz on the other hand won't be finishing up work until the week of our trip. She's a trooper! It's definitely becoming more and more real as the days wind down. Thanks for the comment, keep in touch!

I'm feeling that mix of excitement & nerves at the moment! Time dragged for so long and now suddenly I am leaving in 12 days! Half of me cannot wait to be free from work to travel, meet new people, experience what the world has to offer; the other half is wondering what the hell I'm doing!

1 month away, it's pretty close! the month before our travels blew by pretty fast. There's so much to do, but it's exciting. The last 30 days makes the big trip more tangable, because everything you do is related to the trip. Enjoy it!

Yeah, we can remember back to last year when we booked our tickets and it just seemed SO far away! Your time will come. Think of this time now as your time to save as much money as possible so that you don't have to worry about spending during your trip. Sacrifices will need to be made, but they will all be worth it in the end.
