South Africa: Meet the Bloggers!

South Africa Travel Bloggers

Meet the Bloggers:

The three travel bloggers that will be accompanying me in South Africa are the following:

Rob - StopHavingaBoringLife.comRob was born in Montreal, Quebec and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Over the course of the last three years, Rob has visited 40-something countries across the globe.

Full disclosure, Rob is a good friend of mine. Funny enough, we just traveled to Nicaragua together back in November 2011. We spent a month hanging out and exploring the country before I headed home for Christmas. Since then, Rob made his way around Nicaragua and finally settled down on a beach in the Corn Islands. Although we keep in touch on a weekly basis, neither Rob nor myself had any idea that we would be traveling to South Africa together. It wasn’t until we received the trip itinerary for South Africa a few days ago when we both noticed each others last names on it. Within the hour Rob had sent me a Facebook message that read… “You’re going to South Africa too!?

Nate from World Wide NateNathan is a graduate of Tennessee State University.  During his studies he befriended a professor who had traveled to more than 80 countries.  This amazed Nathan and he immediately knew he needed to figure out how to make traveling the globe his profession!   Upon graduation, Nathan began managing tours for various Fortune 500 companies.  This kept him busy domestically, but he knew there was much more world to explore.

Nathan took his first international trip in 2005 to Barcelona, Spain to visit a friend studying abroad. This trip transformed is entire outlook on the world, he realized that although people have differences we are all the same.  The new culture, food, fashion, architecture, and moods took over.

In the past four years, Nathan has traveled to four continents covering 30 countries including Taiwan, Vatican City, Mexico, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Sweden, England, France, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan. Read more…
