7 Seasons Apartments offers five types of luxury rentals ranging from studio apartments all the way up to three bedroom apartments. They are located smack dab in Deak Ferenc Square, the historical center of Budapest which also happens to be Budapest’s major transportation hub linking you to all of the underground, trams and buses. We spent three wonderful nights at 7 Seasons and we couldn’t have been more content with the accommodations.
BEDROOM
The bedroom in our apartment was a little on the small side but it was spacious enough for us as we don’t tend to spend a lot of time lounging around in bed. There was a tall wardrobe/storage area located just to the left of the bed where we kept our bags during the duration of our stay. The bed was comfortable and the natural light from the windows really made the room shine during the day.
LIVING ROOM
The living room was incredible spacious and very well designed (decoration wise). We really loved how the walls were painted and how well the colors went together. We would love to hire the interior decorator who designed this place when we eventaully find ourselves a home of some sort. There was a couch (shown above) as well as a large flat panel television across the way. Overall, we can’t say enough about the decoration of this place. It was simply out of this world. Very well done 7 Seasons!
DINING AREA
The dining area was situated in the same room as the living room. If you take a look at the photo of the living room (above) you’ll understand where I was taking the photo from. As for the dining area, it was small but it fit well with the layout of the apartment. To the right you can catch a glimpse of the kitchen as well.
We thought it was very nice of 7 Seasons to provide us with a complimentary bottle of red wine with our stay. I’m not 100% sure if that’s something they do with all of their guests but we thought it was a very generous gesture to say the least.
KITCHEN
The kitchen area was small but it had just about everything we could ever ask for. It was equipped with a four burner stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dish washer, a variety of cups, plates, dishes, silverware, pots, pans and more. We spent most evenings cooking dinner here so we have to admit that it was very handy having a full kitchen during our stay.
BATHROOM
There were two bathrooms in the apartment, one had just a toilet and a sink and the other had a shower, sink, washing machine and drying rack. Fresh towels were provided as well as soaps, shampoos and other smaller items.
LOCATION
As far as location goes, 7 Seasons Apartments cannot be beat. It’s so nice to be just 2 minutes walk from the nearest major underground, tram and bus station (Deak Ferenc Square). Since it’s located in the historical center, it’s very close to St. Stephen Basilica, the Synagogue and the State Opera House. A 15 minute stroll will take you to the edge of the danube where you can look across (or walk across the bridge) and explore Buda.
Across from the apartment you’ll find all sorts of restaurants and fast food establishments. There’s a 24 hour store directly across the road and there’s an excellent pizza joint about 1 minute away (La pizza di mamma sofia). The nearest Starbucks and Costa Coffee are 3-5 minutes away.

CONCLUSION
Overall, we highly recommend you check out 7 Seasons Apartments the next time you visit Budapest. With it’s incredible location, beautifully designed apartments and easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and more, there’s really no better place to stay in Budapest.
I am trying to decide which one to stay: 7Seasons vs. Townhall apartment.
Hope you can help and share your experiences. thanks
Hi Christine. I can’t vouch for Townhall apartments as I’ve never had the chance to stay there. Our stay at 7 Seasons was excellent and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
