Okay, so how do we go about explaining this without sounding absolutely out of our minds? If you know anything about us we’re the last people on this planet to expect to get anything for FREE.
We have worked our butts off in order to turn Pause The Moment into a high quality travel resource for people that are simply traveling to one destination, to the people that are planning on pulling off an around the world trip of their own. Maybe you’re not headed off on a RTW trip, but you’ve found some useful information on our site that you may have never found in your Lonely Planet guidebook?
We’re not asking that you donate any certain amount. Quite honestly we’re not expecting you to donate ANYTHING at all.
We just ask you to try to understand that the maintenance and upkeep of this site alone is extremely time consuming! From writing quality articles that are packed with travel tips to jotting down our stories from the road, to editing the massive amounts of travel photos and videos that we’ve collected along the way. Not only that, but how do you expect us to be able to afford to engage in all these incredible adventure activities along the way? They can really add up! Do you feel bad for us yet!?

What you’ll get out of it:
A super duper special one-of-a-kind custom designed postcard featuring one of our own personal photos from the trip. If you’re lucky you may even receive a postcard with a photo of US on the front of it! Yeah, as if you’re not already sick of seeing all of these “OMG, we’re so happy” photos of us plastered all over our website. Yuck!
Well, one thing that you can definitely count on is that you won’t be receiving one of those boring, touristy “Wish you were here!” post cards with a scribbled “aren’t you jealous?” message on the back.
We just really don’t find it necessary to make such a big deal about our trip around the world and we certainly can’t imagine that you’d be sitting at home reading our postcard thinking to yourself “God, I’m so jealous of them two…“. Wait… would you?
