Eating COCO on the Streets of Granada

Rob and I were cruising through the market here in Granada yesterday afternoon and I stumbled upon this woman selling a flourescent pink, flaky, dry, protein-bar looking dessert. I stopped to take a closer look and considering I couldn’t understand what the woman was trying to tell me so I decided to just buy one for $2 Cordoba. 8 US cents later I had this bright pink little treat in my hand. We decided to film me giving this a shot in hopes that I might spit it out in disgust but it turns out that it was quite the treat. As a matter of fact I went to the market today to search for this coconut treat today with no luck.
