This 30 minute travel coaching session is the shortest session available. Considering we’re only connecting for a half hour, you can expect it to be a rapid-fire style Q&A session with very limited time to chit-chat about the fine details of your trip.
Most people who purchase our 30 minute session are experienced travelers that have done a majority of their research prior to getting in contact with us and are just looking to wrap things up with a few final questions about their upcoming trip.
Note: This session would be a great fit for those of you who are confident in your travel planning skills, but have a short list of questions that you’d like to get my expert opinion on.
THE POWER HOUR
The Power Hour is my most popular session as it gives me the opportunity to get to know you, your travel style, and a little bit more about your wants and needs when it comes to planning your trip.
After our initial introduction, we’ll kick into high gear and get all of your travel questions answered.
By the end of our 60 minute session you will feel relieved, accomplished and excited that you’ll be one step closer to your next big adventure.
Note: This session would be a great fit for those of you who are somewhat confident in your travel planning skills, but still have a lot of questions when it comes to the best ways to find cheap flights, how to find quality accommodations, travel safety and more.
If you’re not sure the 60 minute session will be enough time and you’d really like to get the chance to delve deeper, my 2 hour “Long Haul” session might be a better fit for you.
THE LONG HAUL
The Long Haul is a two hour session which is my most concentrated and in-depth coaching session available.
Having two full hours of one-on-one time with you will give me the opportunity to connect with you on a more personal level while I help plan your next adventure.
Note: This session would be a great fit for those of you who are either very inexperienced travelers who don’t know where to begin when it comes to organizing and planning a trip OR experienced travelers who just don’t want to deal with all of the research and hassles involved in booking a trip to a destination that they’re unfamiliar with.
If you’ve got a boat load of questions and you really want to take your time, the Long Haul is worth its weight in gold.

I’ve successfully coached dozens of travelers from all corners of the globe. Here’s what my clients have to say about my coaching sessions:
“Ryan is absolutely fantastic. I had a travel coaching session with him recently because I needed some travel advice and also to get his final view on things. I’m planning a 7 month trip around the world and have already done extensive research into where I plan to go, what I plan to do and how I plan to go about doing it. To get someone like Ryan to provide that extra bit of insight, suggest extra things to do in particular places, what to watch out for and to get his final view on my plans was invaluable. He was able to let me know certain things that I missed that has saved me a lot of time, money and have more fun on my trip. If you are sitting on the fence whether to seek his help just send him an email and Ryan is more than happy to answer your questions. He is super nice and accommodating so it will be like speaking to an old friend. Thanks again Ryan!” -Yang, Australia
“I reached out to Ryan back in March in hopes that he could help me plan my first around the world trip. I didn’t really know where to start. I spoke to friends who had traveled and looked up information online about it but in I ended up becoming more confused than when I started. There is just so much information in so many different places online that it can be really overwhelming. Fortunately, Ryan was able to answer all of my questions, help me plan my trip and ease some of my concerns all in one coaching session. Thank you so much Ryan.” -Jessica, UK
“When sitting down to plan my first trip to Italy, I quickly became overwhelmed at the amount of decisions that needed to be made. The plethora of advice on the Internet makes these decisions easier and harder at the same time. I contacted Ryan to help me through the process and immediately felt relieved. All I told him were the basics: we planned on going to Milan, Venice, Cinque Terre, and Rome. Receiving his list of recommendations made trip planning a lot easier and a lot more fun! Here are some of the highlights and how each came to fruition on our trip.
Cinque Terre has five towns to choose from and hundreds of rooms listed online. There are no “brand” hotels in the area, so choosing which local place to stay was a conundrum. If it were up to me, it would have come down to who had the prettiest website — not always the best indicator of quality. Thankfully, Ryan gave me a “top three” list for accommodation which allowed me some autonomy over my choice with the security of knowing all were highly recommended. I felt very lucky upon arrival at Monterroso to be staying at Manuel’s Guest House. Thanks to Ryan, we ended up in one of the few houses near the top of the mountain which allowed us to enjoy Cinque Terre’s famous picturesque views from the privacy of our own terrace.
Ryan included specific instructions for certain sites such as, “When in Rome, sit on the Spanish Steps and eat gelato while people watching.” These little gems of advice led to some of the best moments on our trip!
Lastly, his detailed information about the tour options in each city allowed us to book early online. This allowed us to spend our time learning from our guides versus waiting in line — we did not end up in a “queue” once during our eight days in Italy.
I highly recommend Ryan’s travel planning services. He is a self-made, down to earth kind of guy who is genuinely passionate about helping others discover the joys of travel. Grazie!” -Vanessa, USA
