Indians holding a valid UK visa are now granted access to a remarkable list of countries, offering them the freedom to travel like never before. 

Thanks to the Henley Passport Index in 2023, Indians can enjoy hassle-free access to 59 countries with their Indian passports. Holding a valid UK visa grants you the privilege to explore over 20 enchanting destinations. This is also applicable for Indians holding valid US, UK, EU, Australian, Canadian or Schengen visas.

180 Days Stay

The British Virgin Islands offer a unique Caribbean experience, where world-class sailing bays, pristine secluded beaches, and a vibrant local culture await. 

The Republic of Ireland has a visa policy, known as the British Irish Visa Scheme, that allows certain nationals to visit visa-free if they have already traveled to Britain. However, entry is not guaranteed. Additionally, individuals with a tourist visa for Ireland can enter the UK visa-free after visiting Ireland.

Mexico, a diverse and captivating country, offers visa-free stays of up to 180 days if they hold visas from countries mentioned above. 

90 Days Stay

One of the standout destinations on this list is Albania. From picturesque mountain landscapes and historic castles to vibrant capital cities and picturesque beaches, it effortlessly competes with Mediterranean destinations, captivating visitors with its undeniable charm. Indian citizens can explore Albania visa-free within a 180-day period.

Anguilla embodies a distinctive charm of its own, offering lively beach bars, exquisite dining experiences, and thrilling opportunities to explore shipwrecks through diving. 

The Bahamas, a true paradise with over 700 subtropical islands and 2400 cays, offers a wealth of national parks, scenic walking trails, and world-class diving destinations. 

When it comes to Georgia, vibrant culture and diverse landscapes await you in the most sought-after destination in the South Caucasus. The country’s flexible visa policy welcomes visitors from all nations, granting them visa-free entry that must be used within a 180-day period if they hold a visa from one of over 30 countries, including the UK.

Serbia allows visa-free stay within a six-month period if they possess a valid visa from the UK, US, Schengen area, or any European Union (EU) country.

The Caribbean part of the Netherlands, including Aruba, Sint Maarten, Curaçao, Bonaire, Saba, and Sint Eustatius, present captivating destinations with unique visa policies.

Each island has specific entry allowances, ranging from stays of up to 30 days at a time, not exceeding 180 days per year in Aruba, to stays of up to 90 days at a time in Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten, within the same annual limitations. 

30 Days Stay

Bermuda’s captivating blend of stunning scenery, delectable cuisine, vibrant culture, and scenic excursions attracts visitors. All nationalities can enjoy a visa-free visit if they possess a multiple-entry visa from any of the above-mentioned countries that remain valid for at least 45 days beyond their departure date from Bermuda.

The Cayman Islands offer lush forests, captivating birdlife, mystical caves, and pristine beaches. Indians, Chinese, and Jamaicans enjoy a visa-free stay when traveling directly from the UK, US, or Canada with a valid visa.

The Dominican Republic boasts a remarkable blend of geographical diversity, from breathtaking mountains and arid desert landscapes to captivating architecture and beautiful beaches. 

Montenegro, a hidden gem in the Balkans, opens its doors to all nationalities for visa-free travel if their passports have a visa from the UK, US, Romania, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Australia Croatia, Bulgaria, or any Schengen country.

The permitted stay is 30 days or until the expiration of the visa if it is valid for less than 30 days.The Turks and Caicos Islands, a British Overseas Territory, welcomes all nationalities with a tourist visa issued by the UK, US, or Canada.

21 Days or Less

Gibraltar, being a British Overseas Territory, extends visa-free entry to individuals with valid UK visas. Those holding a multiple-entry Schengen visa can enjoy a visa-free stay provided that the Schengen visa remains valid for at least seven days beyond the departure date. 

North Macedonia offers visa-free travel to travelers with a valid visa from the UK, US, or Canada. This temporary rule, effective from January 1, 2023, until December 31, 2023, allows visitors to remain in the country for 15 days without a separate visa.

In Panama, visa-free entry is granted to all passport holders with a valid multiple-entry visa from the above countries. Visitors can stay provided the visa has been used in any of the granting states before arriving in Panama and has at least six months of validity.

Visa-Free Escapes: 20 Exotic Countries Welcoming Indians with a UK Visa

Peru extends a visa-free entry to Indian citizens with a visa from the above countries, with a minimum validity of six months.

The Philippines offers Indians a visa-free stay for up to 14 days if they have a multi-entry visa from the UK, US, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Canada, or any Schengen country, along with a return or onward ticket.

This exemption can be extended for an additional seven days, totaling 21 days of visa-free travel, subject to approval by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

Singapore offers a Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) to travelers from India if they have a layover in Singapore and hold a visa from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, or New Zealand.

The VFTF is granted at the discretion of the Singaporean immigration service, allowing a maximum stay of 96 hours.
