In this video, you’ll get to see my reaction after getting my first real glimpse at Bryce Canyon National Park.

After stopping at a few view points I make my way down into the canyon via the Navajo Trail to explore what goes on beneath the surface of this amazing landscape.

If you’re planning on making the trip out to Bryce Canyon National Park, I highly recommend you hike the Navajo Trail. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to Bryce. As a matter of fact, If I were you, I would advise that you make this your first stop in Bryce Canyon if possible.

Note: The Navajo Trail hike itself wasn’t half as difficult as the park claims it to be. You don’t have to be super fit to enjoy this hike. All you need is some water, some time and some patience! Don’t forget your camera!

  1. Nice! Man, I love that red rock and dirt of southern Utah. I’ve probably spent close to a hundred days climbing and hiking out there. What an awesome place.

When I lived in Utah I went to every national park except Bryce Canyon. Did you go to Arches? That was probably my favorite.

    • Thanks for the comment Tristan. Wow, I’m surprised that you’ve never made it over to Bryce. I didn’t get the chance to get out to Arches NP although the next time I’m out in UT I’m going to try to round up a bunch more of the parks that I missed this time around.
